Terms and Conditions

  1. Booking and Payment

    • To make a reservation, guests must provide their name, email address, phone number, and payment details.

    • A 50% advance payment is required to secure the reservation.

    • Guests can choose from any of the following payment methods: bank transfer, EasyPaisa or JazzCash.

    • Once the payment is received, we will send a booking confirmation and invoice to the guest.​

  2. Cancellation Policy

    • Guests can cancel their reservation up to 24 hours in advance of the check-in day.

    • If the guest cancels the reservation within 24 hours of the check-in day, the advance payment will be forfeited.​

  3. Privacy Policy

    • We are committed to protecting your privacy. Please refer to our privacy policy for more information.​

  4. Liability

    • We are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings or valuables during your stay.

    • We are not liable for any injury, illness, or accident that occurs on our premises.​

  5. Changes to Terms and Conditions

    • We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time.

    • We will notify guests of any changes by posting the new terms and conditions on our website
